Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used safety equipment
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom orders or specially configured products

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

    Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
