- Standard ground shipping is free for all orders over $98
- Standard shipping $8.50
We offer standard shipping only. Expedited or overnight shipping is not available. We do not currently offer shipping to APO and FPO Addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of The United States.
STANDARD SHIPPING: All orders shipped Standard should be delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order’s ship date.
Business Days = Mon-Friday 8AM-4PM PST, excluding holidays.
Processing:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Order confirmation, including carrier and tracking will be sent to the email address provided.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds.
Send product and proof of purchase to: FULL COMPLIANCE SAFETY (FC-SAFETY)/Returns,16217 Kittridge Street, Van Nuys, CA 91406. Returns will be accepted on products purchased from FC-Safety.com only. Products purchased from any other retail partner should be returned to the place of purchase.
For New AED orders, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed for any orders returned for any other reason than product failure.
